AI consulting for companies

In three steps from “We should do something with AI” to real benefit.

I support small and mid-sized companies from the first overview to the first use cases that pay off. Vendor-independent, with fixed prices and in a way that your team carries on by itself afterwards.

Who this is worthwhile for.

Your team already uses AI – but everyone differently

Some try out ChatGPT & co., there are no rules and no overview. We bring order and direction.

You don’t know where to start

Too many tools, too many promises. We find the two or three places where AI really saves you time or money.

You don’t have your own IT department

Most first steps work without programming. Where technology becomes necessary, I say so openly and bring in suitable partners.

The process

First understand, then empower, then implement.

1

Assess maturity

We look at goals, processes, data, people and rules. You learn where you stand and which use cases are worth tackling first.

Scope: depending on size and degree of digitalization

Result: assessment and roadmap

2

Build skills

Workshops for management and team, using your real tasks. Plus simple ground rules: what is allowed, what isn’t, and how to check results. Even a single workshop day brings immediate clarity – about the buzzwords and about working in compliance with the GDPR.

Duration: half or full day

Result: a team that uses AI safely

3

Support business cases

We implement the first two or three use cases together – with a measurable goal, realistic effort and a clear point at which you carry on without me.

Duration: by arrangement

Result: first successes that pay off

What you get from me

  • An honest assessment, even if it is: “AI isn’t worth it here yet.”
  • Fixed prices or clear monthly budgets instead of open-ended timesheets
  • Experience from three companies of my own in three industries
  • A network of specialists when things get more technical

What I deliberately don’t do

  • Sell software licenses or earn a share from tools
  • Put on pressure with fines and deadlines
  • Write strategy papers that end up in a drawer
  • Make you permanently dependent on me

Questions about AI consulting

What is AI consulting, actually?

AI consulting helps companies find out where artificial intelligence makes work easier, and introduce it safely there. With me, that means: assess where you stand, empower your team, implement first use cases.

How are you different from an AI agency?

Agencies usually build their own solutions and earn money from running them. I advise vendor-independently and make sure your team itself knows what it needs.

How long does it take to see first results?

That depends on the size of your company and how digital it already is. A workshop day has an immediate effect: afterwards your team understands how AI works, can make sense of the many buzzwords and knows how to work in compliance with the GDPR.

What happens to our data?

Data protection is part of every step: we define which data may go into which tools – and which may not. Confidential information stays in-house.
